Supports feature inventories, compliance reviews, engineering collaboration, workflow improvements, documentation, Azure DevOps work items, reporting, shiproom updates, and stakeholder communications. The role tracks decisions, actions, risks, and release readiness while handling sensitive compliance information and helping teams navigate requirements across multiple domains.

Supports business analysis and team operations across requirements gathering, Power BI reporting, Dynamics 365 customer engagements, wireframes, feature validation, testing, rollout, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and user training. Also assists with workshops, meetings, events, communications, SharePoint updates, and broader operational priorities. The role requires independent problem-solving, adaptability, clear communication, and ownership across multiple projects and stakeholders.

The Technical Writer will create and maintain documentation for software protocols, collaborating with engineers to ensure clarity and accuracy.
