Lead and supervise the Planning division; develop and implement current and long-range land use, transportation, housing, and community plans; manage projects, prepare studies and staff reports; present recommendations to councils and commissions; coordinate with agencies and stakeholders; oversee grants, program records, policies, and staff performance.

Perform planning and zoning duties for Provo City including long-range planning, community outreach, reviewing development proposals and permits, preparing and presenting staff reports to commissions, drafting implementation documents, conducting special studies, site inspections for compliance, and assisting staff on related planning tasks.

Seasonal recreation staff to referee, supervise, coach, and keep score for youth and adult sports. Provide instruction, develop lesson plans, oversee site operations and staff, assist office tasks, and ensure safe program delivery. Positions run Aug–Nov with variable hours.
