Lead day-to-day operations and resident experience for the Connected Living neighborhood, overseeing staffing, hospitality, dining, programming, budgets, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure individualized, person-centered care and resident satisfaction.

Lead all sales activities to achieve occupancy and move-in targets, develop and execute marketing and referral strategies, manage marketing budget and CRM documentation, build community and professional referral relationships, conduct prospect discovery and follow-up, and support staff to maximize resident referrals and inquiries.
