Supports business office managers across 5–6 skilled nursing facility locations with decentralized revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities include training and serving as a resource for SNF business office managers, ensuring compliant and accurate billing, standardizing accounts receivable workflows, and analyzing aging receivables to develop action plans. The role requires travel throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

Provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, care planning participation, Medicare/Medicaid navigation, discharge coordination, regulatory documentation, advocacy, and grievance interventions for residents at a 99-bed skilled nursing facility.

Lead and manage nursing staff and clinical operations at a skilled nursing facility. Must be an RN with supervisory nursing experience in a SNF and provide resume/contact for consideration.
