Oversees strategic sourcing, supplier governance, contracting, compliance, analytics, Source to Settle transformation, process improvement, and staff development. Partners with executive stakeholders across Information Services, Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, Risk Management, and Supply Chain to optimize technology procurement and support Providence’s digital strategy.

Leads inpatient nursing operations across acute care, women’s services, and children’s hospital units. Oversees clinical quality, patient and staff safety, evidence-based practice, staffing, productivity, budgets, regulatory compliance, labor relations, physician partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Develops nursing leaders, supports succession planning, strengthens interdisciplinary teamwork, and aligns care delivery with organizational goals, patient needs, and financial sustainability.
