Coordinate and maintain heart and vascular clinical trials: screen and recruit subjects, obtain informed consent, conduct visits and calls, maintain source documents and case report forms, resolve queries, coordinate monitors, ensure protocol adherence and GCP/CFR compliance.

Provide comprehensive ambulatory pediatric nursing care at a subspecialty clinic (onsite, weekdays day shift, 20 hrs/week). Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, educate, and coordinate care via in-person, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. Collaborate with the healthcare team and support whole-person, patient-focused care.

Support local leadership with financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Develop analytical reports, assist month-end reviews, propose process improvements, and manage finance staff. May partner with clinical service line leaders.
