Provides administrative and secretarial support with minimal supervision to one or more managers in Quality Management, Medical Staff Services, and related operations. Responsibilities include professional communication with ministries and regional offices, word processing, and general office coordination. The role requires advanced secretarial training or equivalent experience and at least two years of related experience.

Leads diverse, complex projects involving operational improvement, clinical informatics, physician practice implementations, quality improvement, strategic objectives, and information technology. Manages project scope and execution while maintaining direct accountability to executive sponsors, coordinating stakeholders, building relationships, and supporting healthcare service improvements. This hybrid role requires working on site a set amount of time each week.

Supports healthcare ministry and entity leadership with financial analysis, modeling, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develops analytical reports to improve processes and efficiency, evaluates new programs, recommends actions to meet financial goals, prepares financial plans and budgets, supports month-end financial statement reviews, and advises clinical service line leaders.
