Provide front-desk reception and office support, greeting visitors, routing calls and managing meeting room logistics. Support junior investment and operations staff with calendar scheduling, travel and expense reporting, onboarding logistics, and general administrative tasks. Maintain office appearance, supplies, mail distribution, vendor coordination, and assist Executive Assistants and management as needed.

Lead design, implementation, and operations of global WAN/LAN and cloud networking. Ensure uptime, monitor and remediate incidents, manage SD-WAN, firewalls, ISP circuits, Azure networking, and mentor IT team. Provide escalation support and handle vendor/asset management.

The Associate will support Fund Accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, journal entries, cash activity reporting, and coordination with auditors.
