Supports corporate litigation matters by coordinating fact gathering, discovery, document preservation and production, investigations, outside counsel communications, and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Maintains matter timelines, witness and document lists, trackers, logs, and records. Provides secondary support for routine contract administration and collaborates with business, Risk, insurers, and counsel while handling sensitive information confidentially.

Coordinates daily logistics transactions and serves as the primary customer and carrier contact. Responsibilities include confirming pickups and deliveries, managing exceptions, supporting border-crossing and customs processes, arranging expedited shipments, resolving plant issues, distributing performance reports, supporting billing, and managing logistics plan changes and bid requests. The role requires English-Spanish bilingual communication, logistics experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, and national and international travel availability.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports EDI and system integrations using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, APIs, and cloud components. Maintains ANSI X12 and EDIFACT mappings, transformations, validations, and trading partner integrations. Troubleshoots production issues, modernizes legacy platforms, documents interfaces, collaborates with stakeholders, supports testing and Agile delivery, and mentors junior developers. Integrations support ERP, transportation management, logistics, and other supply chain systems.
