Build executive and user relationships, lead business reviews, drive product adoption and renewals, identify account risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. Use customer data, AI tools, and usage trends to recommend improvements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Sales to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes. The hybrid Boston-area role includes more than 10 customer visits annually.

Own standard B2B SaaS customer implementations from pre-sales solutioning through go-live. Lead project plans, configuration, integrations, data readiness, testing, training, stakeholder governance, risk management, cutover, and post-launch adoption. Translate distributor workflows into technical implementation plans, assess integration and data risks, track project outcomes, and improve repeatable implementation processes.

Own and grow the Data Layer: build and operate ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and serving pipelines (raw→refined→curated). Use agentic AI tools to accelerate delivery, ensure data correctness, and partner with backend, AI, and product teams to define reliable data contracts.
