Own a $2.5M ARR portfolio of enterprise and mid-market B2B SaaS customers. Build executive and user relationships, lead business reviews, drive product adoption and renewals, identify account risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. Use customer data, AI tools, and usage trends to recommend improvements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Sales to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
