Drive enterprise AI adoption by understanding business workflows, building no-code agents, apps, and automations, analyzing feedback, and supporting requirements for AI use cases. Develop onboarding materials, conduct demos, guide rollouts, manage support channels, define KPIs and acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into measurable AI solutions while collaborating with technical product managers.

Supports global Finance teams by analyzing requirements, improving processes, configuring Microsoft Dynamics AX, implementing financial applications, and planning ERP upgrades or migrations. The role investigates incidents, performs root-cause analysis, supports audits and access reviews, develops reporting using BI tools and SQL, documents and trains users, and coordinates software changes with technology and finance stakeholders.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to leaders and employees, supporting employee relations, talent management, performance, workforce planning, succession, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Analyzes workforce metrics, ensures employment-law compliance, supports recruiting and development initiatives, and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence. This onsite role supports a manufacturing-focused organization in Nashua, New Hampshire.
