Manage the UK time and attendance system, resolve anomalies, produce reports, support monthly payroll processing, complete payroll journals and reconciliations, raise bank payments, and administer outsourced European payrolls. The role deputizes for the Payroll and Treasury Lead, requiring accuracy, organization, communication, deadline adherence, and payroll experience.

Own the product roadmap for an ecosystem area focused on reducing customer and operational friction. Translate business needs into requirements, prioritize backlogs, coordinate engineering delivery, define success metrics, and manage launches. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify recurring issues, establish structured feedback processes, communicate progress, and facilitate cross-functional trade-offs without direct authority.

Support customers through phone and email, validate purchase orders, enter and manage orders, reconcile payments, maintain customer records, route inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate across internal teams. The role also tracks service metrics, supports process improvements, and ensures accurate, timely customer service in a hybrid manufacturing environment.
