Leads global network partner initiatives from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and cross-functional dependencies. Coordinates supply chain, sourcing, quality, operations, technology, sales, engineering, pricing, and logistics stakeholders. Drives partner performance, lead-time improvements, pricing competitiveness, and profitable growth while ensuring project adherence to enterprise standards. The role also advances continuous improvement across partner operations, supply chain workflows, and ePMO practices.

Manages EMEA transformation projects across commercial, operational, and technical functions. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, governance, risks, dependencies, business cases, and benefits realization; coordinating cross-functional stakeholders; improving processes; supporting organizational change; reporting portfolio performance; and developing enterprise project management practices.

Evaluates customer designs, CAD models, drawings, RFQs, and quality requirements for manufacturability across CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication. Provides design-for-manufacturability guidance, technical customer support, quoting assistance, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination through production. Supports Sales with customer meetings and technical training while ensuring requirements, timelines, and manufacturing capabilities align.
