Provide regulatory and risk consulting to financial institutions, including AML/KYC reviews, compliance assessments, risk assessments, internal controls, governance, licensing, and policy development. Own client workstreams and deliverables, support proposals and presentations, contribute thought leadership, and help develop consulting practices. The role requires knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, strong stakeholder and project management, analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Manage internal audit and risk advisory engagements, including risk assessments, control testing, compliance reviews, audit reporting, and control improvement. Oversee scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and project delivery while supervising consultants. Build client relationships, support proposals and business development, and contribute to audit methodology improvements. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, leadership, analytical skills, and fluent Cantonese and English.

Execute internal audit and risk and compliance engagements, including risk assessments, control testing, gap analyses, and regulatory reviews. Prepare audit reports, present findings, recommend control improvements, and support enterprise-level governance initiatives. Supervise junior consultants, manage client relationships, apply audit methodologies, and contribute to engagement quality and process improvement.
