Provides legal counsel for SaaS products, commercial contracts, privacy, data protection, and global AI regulation. Advises Sales and Engineering during contracting and product development, negotiates data protection agreements, conducts privacy and risk assessments, develops compliance programs, monitors AI legislation, works with regulators, trains employees, and mentors a junior legal associate.

Lead and scale revenue operations across commercial teams. Build unified revenue data infrastructure, reporting, analytics, commission plans, and reconciliation processes. Establish operating rhythms, optimize lead-to-revenue workflows, automate processes, and improve the revenue technology stack. Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions, growth opportunities, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence. This hybrid role requires two days weekly in the Boston office.

Build and maintain client-specific software, data pipelines, backend infrastructure, integrations, and prototypes for enterprise industrial environments. Architect scalable data systems, connect ERP, CMMS, BI, edge, camera, PLC, and hardware platforms, validate deployments, and ensure data integrity and reliability. Serve as the technical bridge between clients and core engineering teams, provide technical leadership in Boston, and feed deployment learnings into the product roadmap. Travel to client sites and Dublin periodically.
