Lead the design, implementation, and operation of computer vision and MLOps pipelines, including data curation, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. Set technical direction, improve testing and reproducibility, lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, infrastructure, support, and external teams to connect model quality with client outcomes.

Manage 8–12 enterprise B2B SaaS accounts from late-stage sales through rollout, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Build executive and operational relationships, guide platform usage, coordinate multi-site implementations, track measurable outcomes, identify risks, and support retention and expansion. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. The role requires translating client safety and operational goals into platform strategies and measurable business value.

Lead Protex AI’s enterprise sales organization and commercial strategy. Build and scale high-performing Account Executive teams, drive net-new acquisition and land-and-expand growth, coach strategic deal execution, and establish scalable sales processes. Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Deployment to accelerate customer value, expansion, and revenue. Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic enterprise accounts and cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders.
