Perform on-site surveys and measurements to produce accurate as-built AutoCAD facility and equipment layout drawings, establish standardized layer structures and symbol libraries, implement revision control and title blocks, compile PDF documentation and user guide, and collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, and operations teams to validate layouts and document recommendations for ongoing facility management.

Develop, implement, and optimize automated assembly processes for battery modules and packs. Specify and validate automation and inspection equipment, conduct PFMEA/MSA/DOE, ensure compliance with industry standards, lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis, and train production teams to achieve high-volume, high-quality manufacturing.

Lead 3-5 concurrent IT projects involving equipment installs and system integrations across ERP, MES, data warehouses, and reporting. Develop charters, manage budgets ($50K-$500K), coordinate vendors and stakeholders, oversee testing and cutover, track risks and actions, and provide executive reporting to ensure projects deliver on time and within scope.

The Sr Vibration Test Engineer will execute and manage mechanical vibration testing on battery systems, document tests, troubleshoot equipment, and interact with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability.

The Senior Production Planner will manage material planning strategies, optimize inventory, ensure production continuity, and lead planning processes within the manufacturing operations for battery and electric vehicles.
