Develop, implement, and optimize automated assembly processes for battery modules and packs. Specify and validate automation and inspection equipment, conduct PFMEA/MSA/DOE, ensure compliance with industry standards, lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis, and train production teams to achieve high-volume, high-quality manufacturing.

The Senior Safety Test Engineer will lead safety and thermal testing for high voltage battery systems and improve lab testing capabilities, working closely with engineering and documentation.
