The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project implementations, driving client satisfaction, and advocating for client success through collaboration across teams.

Design, build, and optimize clean‑core SAP S/4HANA extensions and ABAP services. Implement RAP, CDS modeling, OData services, BTP integrations, event‑driven ABAP, security, performance tuning, cross‑stack collaboration, and mentor engineering teams.

Design, configure, operate, and optimize SAP BTP environments; secure identity and trust, integrate BTP with S/4HANA/ECC, manage services and connectivity, automate provisioning with Terraform and GitHub Actions, and support platform governance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
