Designs, configures, implements, and supports SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions across SD, MM, IM, and EWM. The role leads requirements workshops, optimizes O2C, P2P, inventory, and warehouse processes, supports data migration and testing, resolves production issues, and partners with business stakeholders on process improvements and standardization.

Manage and optimize SAP landscapes, perform installations, upgrades and cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitor performance, support S/4 HANA and Fiori, handle backup/recovery and DR, document procedures, mentor junior staff, and act as customer technical contact.

The Cloud Engineer manages operations for development, testing, and production environments, focusing on cloud integration, security, and application support.
