Provides strategic leadership across client engagements, partnerships, business development, and organizational strategy. Responsibilities include developing strategic frameworks, overseeing engagements, managing senior stakeholders, leading proposals and partnership opportunities, supporting financial and commercial modeling, structuring partnerships, advising leadership, and translating organizational strategy into priorities and delivery roadmaps. Periodic domestic and international travel is required.

Perform regular site visits and labour audits to ensure contractors comply with Nigerian labour law, IFC PS2 and company requirements; verify employment terms, payroll, remittances and worker welfare; maintain issue trackers, audit-ready evidence and follow up corrective actions; escalate serious non-compliances.

The Business Development Executive will drive sales in HR services by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting various HR solutions.
