Develop self-service analytics capabilities and interactive data applications with Streamlit, Dash, or similar frameworks. Collaborate with underwriting and analytics teams to prototype AI-assisted solutions, promote data best practices, document systems, and coach colleagues. Norwegian work authorization and a background check are required; Norwegian language skills are advantageous.
