Coordinates IT change, release, deployment, and production control activities across mainframe, distributed, and application environments. Manages change schedules, prepares production jobs, standardizes version-control and deployment practices, supports outage resolution, monitors system performance and availability, and participates in disaster recovery planning and exercises. Serves as a liaison among development, infrastructure, project management, and leadership teams while ensuring compliance with quality, governance, security, and change-management procedures.

Designs, builds, and operates production data pipelines on Databricks and Azure using Python, SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, dbt, and Dagster. Responsibilities include ingestion, medallion-layer transformations, dimensional modeling, ML datasets, data contracts, quality testing, governance, CI/CD, observability, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and on-call support. The role partners with architects, analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, reusable data products.

Supports HRIS administration, configuration, data maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, integrations, security roles, and end-user needs. Develops reports using SQL and Excel, validates employee data, investigates system issues, and supports testing, upgrades, implementations, and documentation. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve HR technology and reporting solutions while maintaining privacy, security, governance, and change-management standards.
