Develop and manage assigned automotive agencies by promoting products, growing accounts, resolving client issues, and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities include agency management, dealer presentations, production forecasting, reinsurance reviews, remittance and attrition management, expense control, and issue resolution with accounting and claims teams. The role requires extensive relationship building, strong sales aptitude, organizational skills, and travel 70–80% of the time.

Manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Operations and Shared Services, partnering with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, talent pipeline development, recruiting analytics, workforce planning support, campus recruiting, compliance, and process improvement. The role advises hiring managers, supports recruiting projects and technology implementations, uses AI-enabled tools responsibly, and provides guidance to less experienced recruiters.
