Own and execute strategic projects advancing Protect Life Michigan’s mission. Responsibilities include defining project scope, applying agile methods, breaking initiatives into actionable steps, meeting deadlines, collaborating cross-functionally, researching outcomes, implementing feedback, and representing the organization at events and outreach activities. The role requires independent work, organization, data-informed thinking, communication, occasional travel throughout Michigan, and participation in support-raising.

Provides part-time administrative and project support to the Projects Coordinator. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining a storage unit, managing inventory and purchase requests, coordinating student shipments and schedules, supporting high school speaking events, recording event information, answering questions, and assisting with statewide organizational events. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent work, spreadsheet skills, basic graphic design, event planning experience, support for the organization’s pro-life mission, and participation in fundraising before beginning regular duties.

Writes and edits email marketing copy and occasional content for social media, brochures, websites, and handouts. Researches trends, supports email strategy, maintains the organization’s style guide, ensures consistent branding, and assists with event marketing. The role requires commitment to the organization’s mission, fundraising support, independent work, organization, and proficiency with Google Applications, Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms. Candidates must participate in a multi-week support-raising process.
