Handle inbound and outbound consumer leads to provide estimates, close sales, schedule installations, and coordinate with field technicians and project managers. Use HubSpot, ServiceTitan, DialPad, and Excel to manage leads, communicate promptly with clients, meet sales goals, and perform administrative duties.

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support for the Radon and Drinking Water Laboratory: answer phones, perform data entry, prepare and modify documents, mail test kits and reports, submit electronic data to regulators, assist with inventory tracking, and support special projects to ensure operational efficiency.

The Project Administration Intern will support project coordination, manage data entry, prepare reports, assist with customer communications, and learn job execution processes.
