Build and operate production machine learning systems focused on multilingual NLP, including entity linking, classification, event extraction, deduplication, and narrative analysis. Develop GPU-accelerated workflows, fine-tune transformer models, and create LLM features such as RAG pipelines and agents on AWS Bedrock. Establish evaluation frameworks, integrate ML services into Django and event-driven platforms, lead technical architecture discussions, and mentor team members.

Lead and execute computational social science and data science work: design ML/NLP models and LLM workflows, clean and visualize text-as-data, build reproducible analytical products, shape product development, present findings to clients, and mentor junior analysts.

Apply computational and social-science methods to large text corpora: build classification and clustering models, design LLM/agentic workflows, clean and transform data, create dashboards and visualizations, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with product and client teams to improve the Narrative Analytics® platform.
