Build ambiguous AI-native product ideas into working prototypes within days or weeks. The role involves independently experimenting, shipping software with AI coding tools, validating concepts with users and stakeholders, communicating results, and creating reusable tooling. Successful candidates are fast, entrepreneurial builders with strong AI experience, the ability to work across the stack, and a demonstrated record of shipping personal projects, hackathon builds, or prototypes.

Conduct research and build experimental systems using LLMs, causal inference, experimentation, and optimization. Develop treatment-effect, uplift, and counterfactual models; analyze randomized trials; and create constrained optimization models for promotions and incentives. Read research papers, prototype ideas, and translate successful approaches into production systems. The internship requires collaboration in Amsterdam for 6–12 months, with at least three office days weekly.

Drive execution of flagship AI programs across Prosus portfolio companies. Translate strategy into structured programs with clear objectives, owners, milestones, governance, OKRs, and reporting. Align senior technical and business stakeholders, facilitate reviews, resolve dependencies, escalate risks, and prepare executive and board communications. The role operates across cultures and time zones, supports AI product and engineering teams, and requires regular travel to portfolio companies in Europe, Latin America, and India.
