Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live. Translate customer requirements into scalable solution designs, train customers, drive retention and expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and escalations, and build standardized implementation playbooks to accelerate rollouts.

Build and execute outbound and inbound enterprise prospecting to generate qualified discovery meetings. Research target accounts, craft personalized outreach across email/LinkedIn/phone, manage CRM pipeline, track response and conversion metrics, attend events, collaborate with marketing, and create the SDR playbook to scale pipeline generation.

Pre-sales technical lead who builds PoCs, configures the AI-driven SRM platform for enterprise IT/ERP environments, runs deep-dive demos and workshops, travels for onsite validation, supports RFP responses, and translates customer needs into product feedback.

Work directly with the CEO to drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution. Conduct research, build processes, manage operations, prepare customer-facing materials, coordinate across Sales/Product/Engineering, and proactively solve problems. This begins as a 6+ month internship with clear potential to convert to full-time.
