Own and advance enterprise infrastructure across Nutanix HCI, Windows Server, AWS, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. Lead server modernization, migrations, performance optimization, PKI and directory services, cloud support, Microsoft 365 administration, DNS and network operations, vulnerability remediation, and business continuity planning. Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues, document systems, and improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.

Provides proactive support to multiple executives by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, expenses, action items, and confidential information. Coordinates leadership meetings, executive visits, office events, visitor experiences, supplies, invoices, facilities issues, vendors, safety initiatives, and office operations for the Austin location.

Supports the CIO in executing investment strategy, monitoring investment managers, analyzing portfolio performance and risk, and conducting credit surveillance and asset-liability management. Prepares investment reporting and executive insights, assesses liquidity and regulatory capital impacts, collaborates with finance and actuarial teams, and improves investment analytics, modeling, automation, and governance processes.

Provides legal counsel across the lifecycle of annuity and life insurance products, including product design, policy forms, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, distribution strategy, selling agreements, and in-force business support. Partners with Product, Distribution, Actuarial, Compliance, Operations, and executive legal teams to guide launches, resolve legal issues, and align business objectives with insurance regulations.
