Provides clerical and administrative support for commercial lending, including preparing loan documents, processing business loan payments, tracking insurance, monitoring loan disbursements, maintaining files, handling mail, and assisting customers and lending staff. The role requires accurate data entry, strong organization, professional communication, and familiarity with business loan documentation.

Supports Treasury Management operations by coordinating product setup, monitoring, customer service, implementation, training, reporting, workflow development, and staff supervision. Works with customers, banking centers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues, maintain service quality, monitor risks and compliance, and complete Treasury Management initiatives. Requires banking or office experience, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
