The Director of Marketing at Prosper AI will shape the category narrative, drive demand generation, manage content, and enhance market presence in healthcare AI.

Own a portfolio of deployed AI agents in healthcare, act as GM for account performance and ARR, define metrics and rollout strategy, analyze data to diagnose issues, drive engineering and ops improvements, build scalable playbooks, and manage executive-level client relationships to expand deployments.

Lead and execute Prosper's partner strategy across EHR/PM vendors, PE-backed providers, MSOs and RCMs. Own partner sourcing, negotiations, integration prioritization, and partner-sourced pipeline quota. Build repeatable playbooks, coordinate cross-functional execution with product and engineering, and represent Prosper externally to drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
