Leads one or more community living sites serving people with intellectual disabilities or autism. Supervises, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff; coordinates person-centered plans, medical and medication support, referrals, appointments, and regulatory compliance. Manages budgets, petty cash, reports, inspections, timekeeping, and licensing preparation. Provides direct assistance with daily living, transportation, and participant safety and wellbeing, while maintaining a supportive, home-like environment.
