Teams at Prospect Schools

Manages cross-functional school operations and special projects, including state and interim testing, assessment systems, student technology distribution, school events, after-school programming, emergency preparedness, arrival and dismissal systems, staff training, family communications, and food-service coordination. Serves as the primary operations lead when the DSO is absent and coordinates projects from planning through execution while ensuring safe, efficient school operations.

Coordinates school operations across front-office management, family communications, student data and compliance support, technology distribution, procurement, facilities ticketing, staff coverage, and operational training. The role also supports storage organization, translation services, legal compliance, and standard operating procedure improvements while serving as a welcoming and organized point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors.

Supports financial operations across a K-12 school network, including transaction processing, expense coding, reporting, grant administration, procurement coordination, vendor contract tracking, and budget monitoring. The role troubleshoots finance processes, maintains documentation, coordinates stakeholders, monitors grant utilization and spending trends, and identifies operational efficiencies. It also manages finance communications, supports audits, and prepares reports for Finance leadership.
