Teams at Prospect House

Supports senior living community occupancy and resident relations through sales, marketing, lead follow-up, tours, move-in coordination, event planning, professional outreach, deposits, competitive analysis, and reporting. The role communicates with prospective residents, families, hospitals, vendors, and staff while helping execute marketing plans and meet monthly sales targets. Regular weekend hours, local travel, and physical activity are required.

Serves food and beverages to residents, guests, and family members in an assisted living dining room. Takes and delivers orders, supports resident satisfaction, buses and resets tables, maintains cleanliness, and provides friendly, efficient service. The role requires flexible availability for weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings, along with strong communication, multitasking, and service skills.
