Manage client onboarding and satisfaction by implementing marketing and website products, setting up social and business accounts, configuring domains/DNS and HTTPS, performing website edits, troubleshooting technical issues, using Salesforce for case work, educating clients, and identifying upsell opportunities to move clients past the 60-day trial.

Process and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, expense reports and credit card transactions using ERP systems; prepare payments (check/ACH/credit), maintain vendor records and paperless filing, manage 1099 reporting, assist GL reconciliations and prepaid amortizations, and serve as vendor/internal contact to resolve billing discrepancies.
