The Investment Strategy Analyst supports investment model development, conducts research on product performance, and communicates strategies to clients, collaborating with product teams.

Support recruiting, onboarding, interview coordination, and HR operations. Maintain ATS data, prepare offer packages, administer background checks, coordinate orientations, process invoices/expenses, manage internship program logistics, and provide administrative and reporting support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team.

Support content marketing projects end-to-end: coordinate editorial workflows, proofread and copy edit marketing materials, manage trackers and calendars, prepare materials for compliance review, update and maintain content, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, sales, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate, brand-aligned investor communications.
