Teams at ProShares

Support recruiting, onboarding, interview coordination, and HR operations. Maintain ATS data, prepare offer packages, administer background checks, coordinate orientations, process invoices/expenses, manage internship program logistics, and provide administrative and reporting support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team.

Support content marketing projects end-to-end: coordinate editorial workflows, proofread and copy edit marketing materials, manage trackers and calendars, prepare materials for compliance review, update and maintain content, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, sales, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate, brand-aligned investor communications.

Manage and promote ProShares ETFs across select firms in the Great Lakes region. Responsibilities include client management, sales goals, and presentations.
