ProShares Benefits Overview

Support portfolio managers in daily ETF and mutual fund management, trading execution, and portfolio administration. Tasks include implementing investment strategy, executing trades under best-execution guidelines, performing portfolio and performance analysis, reconciling end-of-day positions, verifying NAV, and producing performance and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders, improve trading workflows, and ensure regulatory and prospectus compliance.

Support and manage fund financial administration including reporting, expense management, distributions, and tax. Oversee external fund vendors, collaborate on product launches, improve processes and internal controls, provide subject-matter expertise, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance for ETFs and mutual funds.

Support recruiting, onboarding, interview coordination, and HR operations. Maintain ATS data, prepare offer packages, administer background checks, coordinate orientations, process invoices/expenses, manage internship program logistics, and provide administrative and reporting support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team.
