Candidates should be recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, research ability, discretion, and enthusiasm for recruiting or human resources.

Summer interns support public relations account teams through media monitoring, research, coverage tracking, media list development, pitch and briefing-material creation, news analysis, and client account coordination. The program provides training, mentorship, and exposure to financial, professional services, technology, and B2B communications, with potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Own full-cycle recruiting for VP-level and other critical hires, partnering with executive leadership on candidate profiles, search strategies, market insights, offers, negotiations, and candidate experience. Build passive-talent pipelines, translate staffing needs into recruiting strategies, improve sourcing and assessment practices, and mentor Talent Acquisition team members.
