As an Implementation Engineer, you'll manage the technical delivery of AI-driven pathology software deployments, focusing on installation, integration, and troubleshooting while collaborating with various teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Serve as the technical owner for strategic accounts: troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues; lead incident response; liaise with Engineering and Product to prioritize fixes; maintain technical success plans; use AI-assisted workflows; mentor teammates and manage multiple high-profile accounts.

The Reliability Engineer will manage performance and reliability of Proscia's installations, ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and improve automated deployment processes.
