Supports accounting operations across Americas and ANZ entities, including month-end and year-end close, accruals, prepaid expenses, reconciliations, management reporting, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Collaborates with global finance and cross-functional teams, supports financial systems initiatives, and trains new finance team members. Requires strong US GAAP, accounting, sales tax, Excel, ERP, analytical, and communication skills.

Provide operational support to Sales Executives by managing bid documentation and vendor registrations, maintaining customer procurement portal records, handling inbound/outbound commercial inquiries, preparing proposals/contracts, coordinating sales-to-operations handovers, and liaising with Finance for billing and invoicing.

Lead enterprise sales for change management and consulting services, build C-level relationships, design change capability plans, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, close large professional services contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client success and account growth.
