Leads Prosci’s global services operations function, overseeing capacity planning, scheduling, delivery quality, client experience, financial performance, systems, automation, and process improvement across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Builds the new operations team, establishes governance and operating rhythms, manages quality programs, partners cross-functionally, and drives scalable, profitable service delivery.

Leads the global services operations function supporting training and advisory delivery across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include capacity planning, scheduling, delivery lifecycle management, KPI and financial reporting, quality programs, client experience, process improvement, systems adoption, automation, and building a new distributed operations team. The role partners with Finance, Sales, Product, Content, and regional delivery teams while driving scalable, consistent, and profitable service execution.

Lead global campaign operations across regions, owning campaign planning, building, testing, launching, QA, measurement, and HubSpot governance. Set scalable standards, templates, taxonomies, and processes for email, nurture, webinars, events, landing pages, and website activation. Direct specialist partner teams, collaborate with RevOps, Digital Experience, and reporting teams, and enable regional marketers to execute independently. Improve automation, standardization, data quality, and campaign measurement while serving as the senior Marketing-side HubSpot expert.
