Lead global tax strategy and technical governance across transfer pricing, multi‑jurisdiction compliance, tax planning, and audit defense. Manage external advisors, document uncertain tax positions (UTPs), advise leadership on regulatory changes, and ensure appropriate ASC 740 treatment in financial statements.

Lead North America Open Enrollment growth by developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and OE-to-enterprise conversion. Drive commercial operations, KPI dashboards, funnel analytics, partnership strategies, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. Build and coach a growth-focused team to improve pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

Provide operational support to Sales Executives by managing bid documentation and vendor registrations, maintaining customer procurement portal records, handling inbound/outbound commercial inquiries, preparing proposals/contracts, coordinating sales-to-operations handovers, and liaising with Finance for billing and invoicing.
