Teams at Prophecy

Design, implement, test, and launch backend features for the Prophecy IDE with end-to-end ownership. Work in short agile cycles, apply Scala/functional programming and Spark internals, and solve complex data engineering problems with strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

The role involves building and deploying AI-native data solutions, focusing on LLM and agent development, automation workflows, and data analysis, while leveraging cloud technologies.

Source and build diverse candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, craft personalized outreach, screen top-of-funnel candidates, maintain ATS data, and share market and pipeline insights to improve sourcing strategies.
