Manages pharmacovigilance and medical information client accounts, including contract onboarding, working practices, client communications, business reviews, invoicing, service extensions, and improvement initiatives. Identifies business development opportunities, negotiates additional service requests, coordinates internal teams, reviews performance trends, and supports global Client Services processes. Requires occasional travel and collaboration across international offices.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, coordinating service delivery, facilitating meetings, maintaining working practices, supporting audits, ensuring accurate invoicing, identifying expanded service opportunities, and improving processes. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, strong communication and organization, attention to detail, and occasional travel to client or company offices.

Performs pharmacovigilance case processing for clinical trial and post-market adverse events, including MedDRA coding, seriousness and expectedness assessment, follow-up, case narratives, literature searches, and regulatory monitoring. Ensures client deliverables meet regulatory requirements and timelines, maintains process documentation and trackers, supports regulatory intelligence, and applies current global drug-safety regulations. Requires strong communication, accuracy, organizational skills, pharmacovigilance knowledge, and experience with safety databases.
