Coordinates EMEA initiatives, international meetings, cross-border projects, pitches, proposals, market intelligence, and executive client materials. Supports business development, client meetings, strategic projects, tenant representation assignments, negotiations, and external communications. The role requires strong client-facing communication, commercial judgment, analytical ability, project coordination, and collaboration with senior stakeholders across multiple markets.

Manage and oversee the regional planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and statutory compliance across Western and Central Europe, using CAFM systems, coordinating suppliers, managing Capex repairs, asset records, new store openings, budgeting, and stakeholder liaison on maintenance, lease and H&S matters.

The Expansion Analyst will evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, analyze land potential, and support the expansion process in commercial real estate.
