Lead the finance and controlling function for a growing real estate investment and development group. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial modeling, project profitability analysis, management reporting, financing relationships, accounting, tax, audit, and statutory reporting. The role partners closely with the Management Board, improves financial processes, supports investment decisions, and introduces automation and digital tools. It may also involve developing and managing the finance team.

The Chief Accountant owns accounting operations and statutory reporting, including monthly and annual closings, Polish financial statements, VAT and CIT compliance, reconciliations, fixed assets, and audit coordination. The role supervises accounting processes, supports internal controls, provides management with financial information, and improves workflows through standardization, automation, and AI-supported tools. It requires strong knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations, ERP systems, and experience in complex or asset-intensive businesses.

Manages daily office operations, reception, suppliers, maintenance, office supplies, couriers, documentation, meetings, business travel logistics, employee onboarding support, and administrative activities. The role provides organizational support to management, coordinates visitors and vendors, maintains professional office spaces, and assists with internal events and communications. Fluency in Italian and English, strong organizational skills, discretion, and hands-on office administration experience are required.
