Supports customer marketing campaigns, communications, events, logistics, invoices, expense tracking, reporting, asset organization, and cross-functional coordination. Assists with campaign execution across email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels; proofreads content; tracks timelines; compiles performance data; and prepares presentations. The role also provides administrative support for marketing initiatives and requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Oversee HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, contracts, HR systems, records, reporting, compliance, and employee support. Maintain HR policies and statutory compliance, liaise with authorities, support audits and engagement programs, and improve HR processes through digital transformation and operational initiatives.

Lead customer engagement, event and loyalty programs for agents and developers. Plan and run events, design loyalty/retention initiatives, execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, enable GTM and sales, build customer communities, and track performance and budgets to drive adoption, retention, advocacy and revenue.
