Seeking a Sales & Onboarding Specialist to manage leads, conduct onboarding calls, optimize CRM, and enhance sales performance. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong background in commission-based sales and CRM management.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and maintain systems, advocate for best engineering practices, and improve core technology strength in a fast-paced environment.

Make outbound calls, emails, texts, and social media outreach to prospect real estate investors; qualify leads, manage pipeline in the CRM (GoHighLevel), schedule or hand off demos, document all touchpoints, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine strategy and hit team goals.
