Manages FASTSIGNS national accounts sign projects from intake through completion. Coordinates customers, franchisees, vendors, subcontractors, landlords, artwork, permitting, quoting, purchase orders, installation schedules, compliance requirements, project records, and invoicing closeout. The role also supports process improvement and ongoing project follow-up while maintaining timelines, margins, documentation, and service quality.

Provides local marketing support and consulting to Camp Bow Wow franchisees. Manages franchisee relationships, local marketing plans, budgets, vendors, digital marketing activities, performance analysis, lead-generation initiatives, and new-center marketing. Coordinates national and local marketing programs, researches vendors, supports cross-functional projects, communicates recommendations, and helps franchisees improve awareness, sales, and business performance.

Develops copy and brand narratives for multiple franchise brands across websites, blogs, email, social media, case studies, press releases, and marketing materials. Partners with Marketing, Creative Design, Digital, and Product teams on integrated campaigns, SEO/AIEO content, PR support, proofreading, and brand voice consistency. Manages multiple projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and deadline adherence.
