Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and MarTech strategy across multiple franchise brands. Own customer journeys, data architecture, automation, website and eCommerce enablement, vendor relationships, and team leadership to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. Implement governance, KPIs, AI readiness, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, analytics, technology, and franchise partners.

Partner with new franchisees to manage all aspects of new location openings, provide financial coaching and performance analysis, ensure operational and brand standards, implement local marketing strategies, and drive revenue and profitability through hands-on support and process guidance during ramp-up.

Develops copy and brand narratives for multiple franchise brands across websites, blogs, email, social media, case studies, press releases, and marketing materials. Partners with Marketing, Creative Design, Digital, and Product teams on integrated campaigns, SEO/AIEO content, PR support, proofreading, and brand voice consistency. Manages multiple projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and deadline adherence.
