Own and improve the software delivery lifecycle across CI/CD, deployments, production releases, observability, application health, and L2 support. Build automation and internal tools, manage release risks and recovery procedures, integrate security scanning and OWASP guardrails, troubleshoot backend and production issues, and support AI-assisted engineering workflows in AWS environments.

Own quality engineering for complex product areas by designing risk-based test strategies, building durable automation and test infrastructure, validating APIs, integrations, distributed workflows, and real user journeys, and performing exploratory testing. Lead CI quality gates, test reliability, failure diagnostics, risk assessment, and release decisions while partnering with Product and Engineering to prevent defects and improve delivery confidence.

The Tech Lead will oversee the design and delivery of systems, mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality and scalable applications while collaborating with various teams.

Provide technical support for Propel and Salesforce, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, own escalations and SLAs, lead customer interactions across channels, create and maintain documentation, guide AI adoption for Propel One/Agentforce, and coordinate with engineering, product, and implementation teams.
