Conducts prospect research, high-volume multichannel outreach, discovery calls, and needs assessments; qualifies fit, authority, budget, and timelines; schedules qualified meetings for Account Executives; maintains HubSpot CRM records; and collaborates with Marketing and Sales leadership on campaigns, messaging, ICPs, and prospecting strategies.

The Director of Business Development will lead end-to-end sales efforts, build relationships with pharma and biotech sponsors, and manage client accounts within a fast-paced startup. Responsibilities include prospecting, solution design, and collaborating with internal teams.
