Proof of Play is looking for a Senior Unity Engineer to support game design, develop gameplay features, and establish engineering best practices. The candidate should have at least 4 years of professional programming experience, 2 years of game development experience, and 2 years of experience with C#. Familiarity with Unity Game Engine and game engine tools is required. Some knowledge of Web3 technologies and Unity's WebGL is preferred. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours and location.

Proof of Play is hiring a Senior Blockchain Engineer to build fully on chain games and technical tools to power them. The ideal candidate is passionate about video games, design, and user experience. They should have experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Vite, and CSS/SCSS. Strong Solidity experience is required, as well as an interest in NFTs and crypto. They should have 4+ years of JavaScript/Typescript development experience and 2+ years of Solidity development experience. Knowledge of Blockchain design patterns, distributed systems design, and data modeling is important. Experience with abstraction layers, game development structures, and event driven design systems is a plus.

As the Lead Game & System Designer, you will be responsible for designing systems and features and ensuring game balance, progression, and economy. You will analyze user and game data to optimize performance and communicate gameplay mechanics to the team. Additionally, you will contribute to the creative process, collaborate with the engineering team, and participate in the recruiting process.
