Leads Revenue Operations and Business Operations for a B2B SaaS company. Owns revenue planning, forecasting, market segmentation, funnel analytics, GTM resource allocation, lifecycle operations, CRM and data architecture, automation, and AI-enabled internal tools. Manages team leads, establishes commercial governance, improves forecast accuracy and productivity, and partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to create a scalable, data-driven operating system.

Provide chat and email support to B2B SaaS clients, troubleshoot software issues, maintain knowledge bases, improve support workflows, create and prioritize engineering tickets, and share customer feedback with Product. The role requires rehab clinical experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
