Teams at Promontory Club

Provide administrative and sales-support duties for the Promontory sales director and team: manage CRM and MLS listings, audit sales processes, coordinate marketing collateral and eblasts with BHHS, staff the sales concierge desk, arrange photography/video, assist with showings and open houses, and perform off-hours support as needed. Maintain Utah real estate license and ensure lead distribution and owner assignments follow database procedures.
