Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication management, detox evaluations, venipuncture/lab coordination, emergency medical coordination, client education, documentation, and supervision in absence of other supervisory staff.

Provide direct client care including assessment, medication management, monitoring, admissions coordination, detox assessments and treatment planning, emergency medical coordination, documentation, client/family education, lead CD education groups, and act as house supervisor when needed.

Provide individualized case management for patients in a substance abuse/residential program: screening, intake, assessment, service planning, referrals, transportation, individual and group psychoeducational and motivational sessions, documentation, toxicology screening, coordination with community resources, and aftercare follow-up for at least 30 days post-discharge.
