The Case Manager coordinates individualized client services, conducts assessments, provides motivation for recovery, and maintains patient records. They connect clients with resources and ensure quality care through collaboration with community services and staff.

Oversee all facility operations, clinical services, compliance, budgeting, staffing, program development, and community relations. Ensure regulatory/licensing adherence and lead quality, productivity, and expansion initiatives.

Provide direct client care including assessment, medication management, monitoring, admissions coordination, detox assessments and treatment planning, emergency medical coordination, documentation, client/family education, lead CD education groups, and act as house supervisor when needed.
