The Proposal Writer will manage the proposal lifecycle, analyze funding opportunities, collaborate with teams to gather information, craft compelling narratives, and ensure timely submissions for grants and proposals.

Lead company-wide HR strategy for a growth-stage robotics company across Canada and the US. Build and scale HR functions including talent acquisition, performance, total rewards, training, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, and executive advising while managing a global HR team to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Develop and deploy robust, scalable full-stack software and advanced algorithms for robotic manufacturing. Research, prototype, and integrate agentic AI features (LLMs, RAG, tool integrations), perform design, coding, testing, integration, and optimization, and participate in design and code reviews with cross-functional teams.

Lead design, development, evaluation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of robotic manufacturing systems. Diagnose and repair hardware, sensors, drivers and software, promote safety compliance, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation and controls for factory operations.

Lead mechanical design and integration of robotic automation systems: create complex 3D models, manufacturing drawings and BOMs; ensure regulatory compliance; manage suppliers and low-cost manufacturing partnerships; support installations, maintenance, and repairs; mentor junior engineers; set equipment build schedules; conduct design reviews and technical documentation.

Develop and maintain simulation scenes, implement motion-planning and collision-checking in ROS2/MoveIt2, build perception components for detection and point-cloud processing, write tested C++/Python code, debug software-hardware integration, and participate in code reviews, CI, and agile practices in onsite R&D/production facilities.

Lead development of robotic simulators, motion planning and collision-checking (ROS 2 / MoveIt2), and perception components (object detection, pose/point-cloud processing). Write production-quality C++/Python with unit/integration tests, debug software-hardware integration, set architecture and testing standards, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead onsite framing crews to install prefabricated floor systems, panelized wall frames, and roofs. Interpret blueprints and shop drawings, plan and execute residential builds, guide site logistics and craning, operate hand and power tools, mentor teammates, enforce safety and quality control, and coordinate resources with construction and procurement managers.
