Provide white-glove internal IT support: triage helpdesk tickets, provision and maintain laptops and security tooling, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain office A/V and network equipment, document runbooks, and support identity and access management and end users across offices.

The Software Engineer - AI will design and develop end-to-end generative AI applications, building pipelines and automation for real-world deployment, while contributing to AI/ML development strategies.
